The pregnant wife of country music star Sam Hunt, Hannah Lee Fowler, has filed for divorce. The divorce was filed in Tennessee and irreconcilable differences along with inappropriate marital conduct along with adultery as the grounds for divorce.

In the State of Tennessee, adultery can be considered by the Court in the divorce proceeding. This is in sharp contrast to California divorce law, which follows a “no fault” model. In California, evidence of adultery would not be allowed and irrelevant to a divorce proceeding.

Sadly Sam Hunt, may have his adultery on display in a court of law.
